You know what to do. You're just not doing it. That's not a you problem. That's a structure problem.
"Did you do what you said you would do?"
The first call is free. No pressure. If SIP isn't a fit for you, I'll tell you on the call.
Had the podcast idea for years. Hadn't recorded an episode.
"When I started, the podcast was, isn't this a great idea? I have no idea how I'm going to do this. And now I'm editing and booking interviews and sharing my podcast, which is on all the national platforms now."

I'm Tony Williams. One question runs everything I build: "Did you do what you said you would do?"
No story. No explanation. Did you or didn't you. And what action are you taking now with that data.
That's it. That's the whole thing. And it works because you can't lie to a room full of people doing the same work.
The story is simple: we start with one action. Two tracks, one from each: something that moves your revenue forward, a commission, a paycheck, a stalled project, and a complaint you're finally going to fix or stop making. That action creates results. Results create pressure. Pressure reveals the bottleneck. Then you build a practice that can hold more.
Integrity creates alignment. Alignment creates capacity. Capacity creates contribution.
You pick one action. You stop making lists. You stop overpromising. Every week you report plainly: did it, or didn't. This is where you build the muscle. It proves you can operate inside a structure, or shows you exactly where you stop yourself.
If the beta works, the next step is learning how to hold more pressure, more action, and more results without slipping back into drift. There is a second program after this one, for people who need it. Price and details come after the beta, not before.
This is where you log it every week: what you said you'd do, and whether you did it. Access starts the day you register for the 6-Week Beta and continues for as long as you're in it.
Every Wednesday, a 20-minute call. 9am or 3pm Eastern. Capped at 9 people per group. Each week, you post your action in the private group, where other members can see it. That visibility creates the kind of peer pressure that makes follow-through harder to fake.
Other members can ask you questions, not give you coaching. Sometimes someone else's question is exactly what you needed. That's the point, and it's also how you build a network of people who actually follow through. Capped at 150 members total. Don't be a jerk, or you're out.
"SIP is the structure that holds the standard after the breakthrough."
The salesperson watching others hit commission while they stall.
The entrepreneur whose project never gets off the ground.
The producer who knows exactly what to do and keeps not doing it. Revenue is sitting on the table. You can't figure out why you're not picking it up.
This is not for you if you want a course to watch, if you want someone to do the work for you, or if you're not willing to report your results honestly each week.

Knew he let things slide. Couldn't point to when that changed.
"I have noticed a marked difference in the amount of things that I am dropping, because I am not dropping things. That has not happened to me in six, eight weeks. That is very uncommon for me. I'm going to attribute it to what we're doing here."

Hadn't booked new commercial work in a while.
"I booked 2 solid commercials totaling approximately $4K in payments to me. Though I can't exclusively attribute this result to the SIP, it is certainly fair to say that it occurred during the 6 week SIP."

Two parts of his life had been stalled for a long time.
"I registered and didn't really know what to expect, but almost immediately, two areas of my life that have not been in motion at all, there's activity now, and I can see a path to getting things done that just weren't getting done."

It starts with the same question, asked out loud, every week: did you do what you said you would do?
A small-group accountability program built around the one question that changes everything. Either you prove you can operate inside a structure, or you find out exactly where you stop yourself. Either way you win.
Standard includes the weekly group call and Hive posting. Priority adds a guaranteed, focused 1:1 call with Tony every week, on top of the group call and Hive posting. Choose Standard for the group structure. Choose Priority if you want direct weekly support to stay on track.
See If This Is For YouThe first call is free. No pressure.
The 6-Week Beta is where this starts. You prove whether the structure works for you in real life. There is a second program after this one, for people who need it. Price and details come after the beta, not before.
I've spent four decades watching smart, committed, self-aware people not follow through. Not because they didn't care. Because there was nothing outside of them holding the standard.
That's what SIP is. The outside structure you never had.

Book a Call with TonyEvery week I publish one piece on follow-through — what I'm seeing inside the program, what gets in people's way, and what to do about it. No theory, no pep talk. Free to read.
Read on SubstackAbout 30 minutes. One 20-minute group call on Wednesday, plus a few minutes to post your action in the Hive. That's it. Priority adds a 1:1 call with Tony each week.
The call isn't the whole program. Your weekly Hive post is what keeps you in the structure. Post your action, stay in the room, and pick it back up the next week. Group calls are recorded so you can catch up if you miss one.
No. This is a structure that holds you to what you said you'd do. Other members can ask you questions. They don't coach you. Sometimes someone else's question is exactly what you needed.
You'll know within 6 weeks. Either you start following through, or you see exactly where you stop yourself. Either way, you win. The first call is free. We look at what you're looking to use the program for and see if the structure is a fit.
No. You need an area, or a few areas, that aren't moving or producing as fast as you'd like. Or a complaint you keep carrying and haven't fixed. That's enough to start.
